The objective of the assignment was to provide a range of good practices on monitoring and online database system applied by EF in course of program implementation by analyzing the EF monitoring system at all stages: pre-training, during training and post-training and assessing the online database system for its effectiveness, efficiency and user friendliness. The analysis was done based on the data generated by visiting two regions: Central and Far Western Region by interacting with different stakeholders including EFS officials, T&Es, entrepreneurs, trainers, trainees, employers and employees.
