The School Education Sector Plan (2022/23-2031/32) focuses on enhancing education service delivery through good governance, intergovernmental coordination, and capacity building at all levels. To implement this plan locally, it is necessary to integrate its objectives into local education plans. NIRT in coordination with CEHRD supported to build the capacity of educational institutions across all 753 local governments for effective planning, implementation, and monitoring.
