Under this assignment, NIRT developed a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) for FSM based on FSM’s current need for its own education system which has been followed academic/pedagogical practices in FSM schools and colleges. The objectives of having FSM’s own NQF is to enhance quality and credibility of its certification and qualifications to enhance its recognition and acceptance across the Pacific region.
