A comparative study was carried out with an experimental group from non-project areas, focusing on two Palikas in Baglung district: Badigad Rural Municipality and Tamankhola Rural Municipality. The research included surveys of 406 students and 25 schools. Additionally, the evaluation examined the long-term effects on educational attainment, gender equality, and social inclusion, while also assessing the sustainability of project benefits and the ability of local stakeholders to uphold these outcomes beyond the project’s duration.
