This was a long-term project where NIRT coordinate all government people and donor agencies to carry out several thematic study and education sector analysis to develop the SSDP plan. In this regard, 14 thematic groups (as chapter of SSDP) was formed including all stakeholder of Nepal (from central level to local level) and carry out several filed level studies.
