The objective of this task is to collect survey data on the role of principals in Nepal’s schools. The questionnaire focused on key tasks and decision-making authority of principals and their performance. 500 schools across selected four provinces for the survey, with a mix of primary and secondary schools along with some FGD and KII. NIRT had made the translation of the questionnaires provided by the client, administered the questionnaire and provided the clean data to the client along with the field report on survey implementation.
